Disney Channel Orders Good Luck Charlie
With hits like Hannah Montana and Wizards of Waverly Place, Disney Channel wants to keep its string of good luck going.
The network is ordering up Good Luck Charlie, a new live-action series some familiar Disney Channel faces.
The series stars Jason Dolley, of Disney Channel’s Cory in the House series, as well as Disney Channel Original Movies Hatching Pete and Minutemen, and Bridgit Mendler of JONAS.
The show is about a family whose lives are turned upside down with the addition of their fourth child and the adventures and mishaps of teens living with a new baby. Eric Allan Kramer and Leigh Allyn Baker star as parents Bob and Amy Holliday.
Good Luck Charlie was created by Phil Baker and Drew Vaupen, who also created shows like What I Like About You and Suddenly Susan. The show will begin shooting in August for a 2010 premiere.

Congratulations, on your new show, Bridgit.
We loved working with you on Jonas, and “Wrong Song” turned out great. Your comedic timing was right on. If you need a Studio Teacher, please let me know.

Congratulation Bridgit for your upcoming show!!!
I love your character of Julie in Wizard of Waverly Place. Zombie Prom was my favorite episode. The dancing scene was excellent. I hope to see more of Julie and Justine in the future.
Good look Bridgit!!!
